National Physiotherapy BackWeek
September sees physiotherapists across South Africa working to get South Africans moving healthily and happily.

While National Physiotherapy BackWeek usually takes place in the second week of September, the South African Society of Physiotherapy’s members have already embarked on a number of initiatives to create awareness around the importance of back care.

The theme for this year is “More than just back care... from prevention to function”, and as the topic indicates, includes everything you need to know about looking after your back.

Now is the time to make an appointment with your physiotherapist if you have any concerns about your back.

All the best,

The South African Society of Physiotherapy
