Dear Member,

As this issue of Heads-Up reaches your inbox, the first quarter of the year is fast coming to an end...
At the IDA, the first three months of 2015 have been a whirlwind of activity. Lightstone Group’s acquisition of Wheels Web has brought with it a lot of excitement, as well as integration requirements.

Clearing up the confusion

IDA remains fiercely independent
Lightstone has only acquired Wheels Web (Pty) Ltd., known as the IDA Group of Companies. Wheels Web has the mandate to manage the IDA in terms of its constitution.  The transaction does not affect the Independent Dealer Association (IDA).

The IDA will continue to remain independent and is wholly committed to promoting the interests of our valued members.

You are welcome to contact me should you have any questions.

As always, we continue to add value to the businesses of our members in any way we can.

All the best until next time,

Pieter Wessels
CEO IDA Group of Companies
