Dear Member,
Be positive and think big

In business having a positive outlook on life is one of the most valuable traits one can possess, but this holds true for all areas of our lives.
The gurus will tell us that people who have an optimistic outlook on life are the ones who usually find the most success, live the happiest lives, enjoy good health and live longer than their negative counterparts.

I recently read an article that featured tips on being more positive. Some of the tips that stood out for me were:

Express gratitude. Being aware of and thankful for what you have is a sure-fire way of getting into a more positive mind-set. Despite external factors, we all have so much that we can find in our lives to be grateful for.

Give back.  When you give of your time, your knowledge, or other commodities to help someone in need, you start shifting the focus outwards and away from the perceived negative aspects of your life.

Visualise success. You might not be exactly where you want to be at the moment, whether in business or in your personal life. Think about where you want to be and visualise that feeling. As Donald Trump said, “I like thinking big. If you’re going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big.”

As always, we’d like to keep you informed of the happenings in our industry. So please visit our website here and don’t forget to like us on Facebook here.

Have a great month and all the best until next time,

Pieter Wessels
